As an Operational & Strategic Process Manager, you will play a key role in this. You will link strategy to implementation and translate vision into practical, scalable solutions. Working closely with the director, you will act as a sparring partner at both strategic and operational levels. You will be part of a team of around 12 FTEs and will have a direct influence on the organisation's future development. What you'll be doing: - Translating a vision into concrete, scalable processes; - Managing and delivering projects that contribute to growth and market positioning; - Structuring and professionalising internal collaboration; - Developing and implementing new propositions and ideas; - Contribute to the organisation's international expansion; - Act as the director's right-hand person and sparring partner.
