As an Operational ROV Asset Manager at N-Sea, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the readiness, maintenance and performance of our ROV assets worldwide. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, safeguard safety and compliance, and ensure asset availability to support successful project execution. Key responsibilities - Lead the safe, compliant and efficient management of all ROV assets under N-Sea control. - Oversee maintenance and repair (M&R) activities, ensuring assets meet legislation, manufacturer guidelines and company standards. - Implement and monitor M&R protocols, documentation and preventive maintenance planning. - Ensure availability of spare parts, tooling and consumables for ongoing projects. - Lead and mentor asset coordinators, ROV technicians, superintendents, supervisors and pilot/techs worldwide. - Coordinate crew selection, competency requirements and development plans. - Maintain strong relationships with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and support departments. - Establish, manage and forecast M&R and CAPEX budgets, including purchase orders and supplier ag...
