As Accounting Manager, you work closely with the Head of Group Accounting and play a key role within the accounting and control framework. You are responsible for day-to-day general ledger activities, accurate financial processing, and timely reporting across multiple entities. At the same time, you contribute to improving processes and further professionalizing the finance function within a rapidly evolving, international organization. In this role, you operate at the intersection of accounting, reporting, and business support, with the opportunity to make processes more efficient, structured, and future-proof. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for lead, coordinate and develop a team of four finance professionals with general ledger activities and accurate financial processing; • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain GL accounts; • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes across multiple entities; • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; • Prepare management reports and perform ad hoc financial analyses; • Monitor open positions, non-billed items, and receivables; • Strengthen internal controls and contribute to compliance processes; • Prepare audit documentation and support internal and external audits; • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process and system optimization; Your Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or a relevant finance role; • Experience in an international, multi-entity environment; • Experience with Excel and ERP; • Analytical, accurate, and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset; • Strong communication skills in an international setting; What’s in it for you? • A monthly salary of €5.000 - €6.000 based on you experience; • 27 days of leave, including a dedicated “Celebrate You” day; • Hybrid and flexible working, including the option to work abroad temporarily; • Strong focus on personal development with onboarding, coaching, and training opportunities; • An international and dynamic environment working with leading global brands; • Healthy office environment with catering, snacks, and weekly lunch; • Sports activities and social events such as team outings and company parties; • Lease bike plan and travel reimbursement; • Access to discounts on fashion, electronics, and leisure activities.
