The function of office worker Intermediary You are the direct contactperson for all our employees. In addition, you will receive starting workers and support them with administrative obligations, so that they can get started right away. Think of providing information about handing in the hours, mileage registration, health insurance and allowance, absenteeism procedure, signing the employment contract and making an appointment with the municipality for the citizen service number (BSN). You support them again when they leave for their home country and then you take care of deregistering the housing and the correct return of tools. In addition to all the guidance of the workers, you also have the responsibility for the recruitment of new employees in different positions. We expect that you speak fluent english and a second language ( ukranian, polish or lithuanian). It is an advantage to speak dutch. Who we are looking for Office worker Intermediary The job of intermediary is not for everyone. • You have excellent oral and written communication skills. • You show initiative, set priorities and complete tasks well and think in terms of solutions. • Preferably university thinking level, but actually education does not tell us much. • You have a driving license, and prepared to drive a manuel geared car. • You live in the Tilburg area.
