JOUW ROL Voor onze Campus in Born zijn we op zoek naar een Office Supervisor CS. Als Office Supervisor Customer Service is geen dag hetzelfde! Centraal staan de klantrelaties en het coachen van je team. Zo ben je verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van de productiviteit en teamperformance, onderhoud je het contact met de verschillende klanten (intern en extern) en stimuleer je de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van jouw medewerkers (ongeveer 10 personen). In deze dynamische functie ben jij samen met jouw team het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je prikkelt jouw team op een positieve manier en draagt daarmee bij aan de fijne werksfeer.
