As Debt counselor/Insolvency advisor Are you part of our Insolvency team and will you work alongside legal staff to guide (former) entrepreneurs through debt counseling? You'll outline the overall process and maintain a clear overview. We're looking for someone who knows how to motivate clients and can quickly switch between various tasks. - Conduct intake interviews and draw up an action plan; - Assist the client in the implementation of this plan by providing guidance and information (eg on stabilization of income and expenditure); - Inventory of debts and realization of payment arrangements; - You will be supported by a team of legal and administrative staff in carrying out the work. Giving direction is therefore also one of your tasks. Finally, it is appreciated if you think along with us on your own initiative and come up with suggestions for improvement! - Completed HBO or WO (SJD, Law, MER) or comparable demonstrable work experience; - Knowledge of the amicable process (for individuals and / or entrepreneurs); - Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; - In possession of WFT Basis or willing to obtain it in the short term; - Affinity with entrepreneurship. - It is an advantage if you have work experience in a similar position or as a debt counselor for private individuals...
