Together with your colleagues, you draw up a care and living plan for the clients • You also carry out the activities set out in the care and living plan, such as helping the client get up, wash and dress. You guided clients with activities and daytime activities. You will work at a progressive top healthcare organization. Your work can be deployed at three locations: Bosch en Duin, Het Uiterjoon and ZeeWinde. There are also home care locations where you can get started.
