It is a leadership position requiring a high degree of autonomy, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will have responsibility for leading Inspection Services delivery across the Netherlands while ensuring quality, compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role will also play a key part in supporting business growth and the deployment of new Inspection Service solutions, tools, services and processes. Role Purpose The Inspection Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the operational delivery of Inspection Services across the Netherlands, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with LRQA procedures, accreditation requirements, and Inspection Services governance standards. The role is accountable for operational performance, service quality, inspector competence, resource utilisation, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will lead and develop a team of managers, surveyors, inspectors, and technical specialists while driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic growth of Inspection Services.
