You will join a night shift at 23:00 with a team handover, ensuring smooth check-ins and preparations. You provide info to outgoing or returning The July Twenty Eight guests. After the VIP prep, you will check hotel safety and tidy up the lobby for the first morning guests. Then you will prepare important tasks for the morning colleagues, handle wake-up calls, and you will be finished by 7:00!As our Night Receptionist, you will ensure that the hotel stay for guests is as pleasant as possible.
