Core responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned multinational accounts and key stakeholders. - Lead account planning, renewal strategy, and commercial negotiations aligned to client objectives. - Coordinate cross-border teams to deliver services consistently across countries and time zones. - Monitor performance against SLAs/KPIs; drive issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement. - Oversee governance routines (QBRs/MBRs), reporting, and executive-level communications. - Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and documentation in CRM and internal systems. - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and partner with internal specialists to expand solutions. - Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements in all client engagements.
