In this role, you combine strategic leadership with a hands-on mindset, staying closely involved in the daily dynamics of the business. You play a role in the strategic director of your area and steering both the day-to-day operations of your team. You guide your team in streamlining processes and ensuring that strategies and tactics are effectively translated into action.
