In this role, you combine strategic leadership with a hands-on mindset, staying closely involved in the daily dynamics of the business. You play a role in the strategic director of your area and steering both the day-to-day operations of your team. You guide your team in streamlining processes and ensuring that strategies and tactics are effectively translated into action. At the same time, you act as a partner to senior leadership: you love sharing insights, results, and concrete recommendations. With an increasing focus on developing your own specific forecasts. Your ability to combine operational insight with long term vision ensures full control over your area's results.
