As part of the Overhead & Staffing team, you'll manage requests for external professionals and ensure that managers have access to the knowledge and capacity needed to keep projects and teams running successfully. You'll be working in an environment where quality, collaboration, and stakeholder management are key. Thanks to your experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, MSP, or external staffing, you know how to carefully guide requests, manage expectations, and successfully bring different parties together. You serve as the link between hiring managers, vendors, and external professionals, ensuring that requests are fulfilled efficiently, carefully, and within the agreed-upon timelines. You are in daily contact with stakeholders within Alliander and are able to quickly get to the heart of a request.
