Do you ensure that various locations in the Rotterdam region always look neat and tidy? As a mobile working cleaning team coach, you contribute to a fresh and inviting environment. You work 30 to 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases, you work on weekends. During your work, you regularly contact customers and make them feel welcome in a clean environment. As a mobile working team coach, you work at various locations in Rotterdam and surroundings (such as Ridderkerk, Spijkenisse, and everything in between). You participate in cleaning and manage colleagues. You are the link between cleaning staff, the customer, and . You ensure everything runs smoothly on site and actively help. Your tasks: • You manage and guide cleaning staff; • You participate in cleaning (such as vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning sanitary facilities); • You monitor quality and adjust where necessary; • You have contact with customers and are the point of contact; • You ensure good planning and overview. Salary: A gross hourly wage of €16.70 and €18.44 per hour (Cleaning and Window Cleaning Collective Agreement). Company car: So you can drive to your customers and colleagues without worries. Contract: A temporary contract of 7 months with a view to a permanent contract. Year-end bonus: A bonus of 5% (after six months of service).
