As a Customer Apps Analyst, you'll play a key role in the ongoing development of our digital customer channels-and thus our digital brand image Everything our customers see online comes together in our customer apps: from viewing contracts to gaining insight into energy consumption and using our digital services. The customer portal plays a central role in this. You'll ensure that these applications work properly, are user-friendly, and are continuously improved. You'll be the first point of contact for incidents, user questions, and change requests. With your analytical mindset, you'll quickly get to the root of a problem and translate it into sustainable, practical solutions. In doing so, you'll work closely with colleagues from teams such as Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Development to implement improvements that contribute to an optimal digital customer experience. Within the Customer Apps team, we go beyond traditional application management. We take a product-focused approach, guided by ownership, customer value, and continuous improvement. You'll translate business needs into clear functional requirements, oversee testing processes, support releases, and ensure that changes are successfully implemented throughout the organization.
