• Join Talent Community Req ID Posted Function Location Req ID: 98642 Function: Marketing Posted: Jul 7, 2026 Location: Amsterdam, NH, NL, 1082VA Merchandising intern IN-STORE EXCELLENCE INTERN AMSTERDAM HUB (Consumer Beauty focus | EDM & BNL) ABOUT THE ROLE Coty is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join the In-Store Excellence team in the Amsterdam Hub. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operational execution of our Consumer Beauty business across EDM and Benelux markets . You will work closely with several stakeholders across the organization, supporting merchandising execution, preparing materials, and ensuring that in-store projects are delivered smoothly and on time. This internship offers hands-on experience in merchandising operations, trade marketing, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Operational & Merchandising Support • Support the preparation and follow-up of Service Rounds (planning, materials, tracking updates) • Assist in building planogram briefing presentations (PPTs) • Check and validate planograms and artworks to ensure consistency with guidelines • Create assortment lists per planogram and support product selection accuracy Data, Reporting & Administration • Maintain and update IN/OUT product lists • Review and check different operational documents to ensure accuracy • Support PPT preparation for kick-offs, retailer meetings, and internal updates • Prepare and structure information for internal and external communication Market & Execution Support • Manage and follow up on Etos Meldingenformulier (notifications form) • Support translation of artworks, claims, and materials into Dutch • Assist in ensuring correct execution of guidelines across markets Ad-hoc & Office Support • If needed, support artwork creation / simple adaptations • If needed, support product ordering via NRO process • Handle package preparation and shipping from the office • Provide general team support on day-to-day operational needs YOU ARE A COTY FIT · Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master (Business, Marketing or similar) · Strong attention to detail and organization skills · Hands-on, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks · Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint · Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team · Fluent in English and Dutch REQUIRED SKILLS · Ownership & reliability: You take responsibility for your tasks and follow through · Attention to detail: You ensure accuracy across multiple documents and processes · Proactive mindset: You anticipate needs and support before being asked · Team player: You collaborate easily and support others with a service mindset WHAT YOU WILL LEARN · End-to-end view of in-store execution and merchandising processes · Strong exposure to Consumer Beauty merchandising and retail execution · Exposure to international markets (EDM & BNL) · Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Agencies) OUR BENEFITS · With this full-time internship for 5-6 months (40 hrs/week) at Coty, you will gain: · Great opportunities to work in a dynamic international team and support end-to-end projects · Internship allowance, NS business card (if you were not eligible for a student public transport card), staff discount of Coty products, access to Coty Academy · Convenient office location (near Amsterdam Zuid station) with lots of fun in-house events · First-hand knowledge about the beauty industry RECRUITMENT PROCESS · Our recruiter will contact you as soon as possible · A telephone/online introductory meeting follows · A first online/in-person interview · You will receive a proposal with the terms of employment PERIOD This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 6 months and starts from September 2026 to February 2027. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis (to be managed alongside working hours).
