Then we are looking for you! This is a 7-month assignment to start with, offering the opportunity to contribute to Nike Merchandising team at Nike's European Headquarters. What are you going to do? We are looking for a Nike Direct Merchandising Operations Specialist to join our dynamic, fast‑paced Operations team based at Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands. Nike Direct Merchandising Operations plays a critical role in delivering the right product assortment to consumers across Nike Direct channels—including NSO, NVS, and Digital—each season. This role is key to ensuring the seamless execution of seasonal assortments across all Nike Direct channels. The Specialist supports day‑to‑day operational execution to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery, while also contributing to projects related to the tools and systems used by the team. In addition, the role partners closely with external vendors to support the inclusion of third‑party product assortments in the seasonal buy. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the operational execution of seasonal assortment plans across Nike Direct channels - Coordinating day‑to‑day merchandising operations with Merchandising, Planning, and cross‑functional teams - Maintaining and managing merchandising tools, systems, and operational data accuracy - Supporting buying and trading processes to ensure timely and accurate product availability - Monitoring execution across channels to ensure consistency and operational excellence - Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows - Contributing to projects that enhance tools, systems, and merchandising operations capabilities What do we offer? - Competitive salary (to be discussed with the recruiter) - Flexible hybrid work: 3 days in the offi
