As a Medior Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding talent and making strong matches between candidates and companies. You speak to candidates every day, guide them through the application process and make sure they end up in the right place. You will also help think about how recruitment processes can be designed better and smarter. Your duties will include: - Finding and speaking to candidates - Filling vacancies for clients - Guide candidates to a new job - Thinking along about recruitment processes - Support new colleagues and interns Where will you work Jelle is not a standard employment agency.
