Required skills and experience - Proven experience in pensions, employee benefits, or actuarial/financial consulting at a medior level. - Strong knowledge of Dutch pension legislation and pension products; ability to apply rules pragmatically. - Analytical skills for calculations, scenario comparisons, and impact assessments. - Clear written and verbal communication, including client-facing advisory skills. - Structured project coordination, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
