Material Planner

You coordinate material flows between suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure the right parts are available on time and in the right place. In this fast-paced international environment, accuracy and proactive communication are key. Client Details For an international and fast-growing player in the e-mobility sector, we are looking for a Material Planner. The organisation develops and distributes innovative electric vehicles and smart mobility solutions worldwide. Within the European supply chain environment, you will work in a dynamic setting with short communication lines, strong ownership, and a continuous focus on optimisation. Description • Own and manage spare parts planning for the European aftermarket network. • Coordinate end-to-end availability of spare parts from supplier to warehouse and distribution hubs. • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for spare parts across multiple locations. • Proactively identify potential shortages and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers. • Align daily with suppliers on lead times, capacity, and delivery performance. • Manage and prioritize replenishment orders based on demand signals and service levels. • Coordinate closely with Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure full alignment. • Track and improve delivery reliability and spare parts availability KPIs. • Execute ERP-based planning activities (order management, stock updates, demand adjustments). • Support demand planning and forecast alignment for spare parts consumption. • Identify bottlenecks in the spare parts supply chain and drive structural improvements. • Ensure accurate master data and planning parameters within ERP systems. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in spare parts planning and coordination processes. Profile Als MATERIAL PLANNER heb je het volgende profiel : • Een relevante opleiding in bijvoorbeeld supply chain management of logistiek; • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een oog voor detail; • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; • Ervaring met planningssoftware of ERP-systemen; • Een oplossingsgerichte en proactieve werkhouding; • Interesse in de sector BUSINESS SERVICES.
