As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for transporting goods and loading/unloading trucks using forklifts and reach trucks. You will ensure that parts are moved to and from the production line on time, so the production process runs smoothly. You will receive daily briefings about important action points and work according to a fixed schedule. Your tasks as a Material Handler consist of four main areas: Order picking: You collect materials and parts based on the KANBAN system, ensuring that production has the right supplies on time. Supply: You gather the required parts based on the KANBAN system and deliver them according to the specified instructions to the production departments, ensuring the production process continues without delays. Transport: You are responsible for loading and unloading goods with a forklift, scanning labels, and following digital pick lists. You load and unload trucks according to a strict schedule. Maintenance: You check the forklift and perform first-line maintenance. You also ensure the work environments and transport vehicles remain clean.
