You are responsible for the technical integrity and industrialization of innovative products, ensuring that new customer designs are successfully translated into efficient and reliable manufacturing processes. You will be the primary technical contact for the production floor and work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain. Thanks to your technical expertise and hands-on mindset, you quickly solve technical challenges and contribute to continuous process improvements. Your responsibilities - Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) by translating customer designs into clear production work packages, setting up ERP data, and supporting the first production builds. - Provide technical support to production by resolving engineering issues and ensuring an uninterrupted manufacturing process. - Perform PFMEA, define Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) characteristics, and conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to improve product quality and process reliability. - Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Quality to ensure technical requirements align with delivery performance. - Initiate and implement process improvements that increase manufacturing efficiency and product quality Functie-eisen We are looking for an analytical and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and taking ownership.
