You give compliments, make sure everyone has the right knowledge, and help with the daily processes where necessary. You ensure that everyone gets the best out of themselves. You are responsible for ensuring that everything you do fits within the framework of the company objectives, hygiene rules, and procedures for safety and quality. Furthermore, you are responsible for the finances, the recruitment of new team members, the purchasing, and the scheduling and training of your team members.
