As a Manager in our Delivering Deal Value team, you'll join the most successful deals practice in the Netherlands. You'll get direct access to leading PE and corporate clients, work in an international and diverse team, and play a key role in shaping deal outcomes through operational insight and data-driven analysis. This is what you'll do You'll be part of the Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team within PwC's Deals practice. We work in an inclusive team on challenging and meaningful client projects, where your expertise directly impacts deal outcomes. We leverage the latest technology, including AI-tools, and invest in coaching and knowledge sharing so you keep growing while we make impact together. As a Manager , you'll lead pre- and post-deal engagements to quickly assess operational value opportunities and risks, combining data analytics with sector-specific experience. You'll work on operational due diligence, carve-out due diligence, and pre-deal value creation, often starting early in the deal cycle and delivering concrete operational upsides that influence the buyer's offer directly.
