About the Role We are looking for a Cocoa GCA Pricing & Position Manager to join our team in Zürich. In this role, you will be at the center of Barry Callebaut's global cocoa business, leading the execution of position management, risk exposure monitoring and cocoa pricing for strategic Global Corporate Account (GCA) agreements. You will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to translate complex market movements, position exposures and customer requirements into actionable decisions. Working closely with Trading, Risk Management, Sales, Finance, Operations and regional pricing teams, you will ensure accurate position tracking, effective hedging, robust contract execution and competitive pricing strategies.
