Manager Health & Wellbeing Full-time | Hybrid | Centrally located At Renewi, we believe safety, health and wellbeing of our people directly impacts our customer experience and with that business results. We are looking for a both strategic and pragmatic Health Manager who can build a strong health and wellbeing organisation across Renewi. This is a countries-spanning role with a primary focus on the Netherlands and Belgium and it is not a specialist or advisory role. We are looking for a visionary builder: someone who understands health topics, knows how to translate them into practical tools and management routines, and can create real ownership among leaders in both corporate and operational environments. Your impact: You'll develop and embed a clear health and wellbeing approach that enables managers to take responsibility for the health and wellbeing of their teams. Your work will contribute directly to reducing sickness absence, improving sustainable employability, organisational capability and strengthening a culture in which health is seen as a shared leadership responsibility.
