About the Role The Manager FP&A Cocoa Sourcing is a key member of the Global Cocoa Finance organization and is responsible for financial analysis, performance reporting, forecasting and valuation activities supporting Barry Callebaut (BC) Sourcing. The role works closely with trading, logistics, risk management, accounting and finance teams to provide transparency on financial performance and support informed decision-making. Through exposure to commodity markets, derivatives, supply chain finance and international trade, the position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep finance expertise within one of the world's leading cocoa sourcing organizations. With increasing experience, the role is expected to take on broader responsibility for complex analyses, key finance processes, and the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
