As an AIT Manager, you will coordinate the Assembly, Integration & Test activities for the development of next-generation flexible Solar Array systems. Working within a multidisciplinary and international environment, you will play a key role in delivering innovative satellite technologies that support missions with global impact. Your responsibilities You will be responsible for coordinating and successfully delivering Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple development projects. - Coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple projects. - Develop and manage AIT planning and execution strategies. - Coordinate internal test facilities and test campaigns. - Ensure test execution meets quality, planning and safety requirements. - Manage technical and operational stakeholders, including Project Managers, Team Leaders and Engineering teams, throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and ensure milestones are achieved. - Drive continuous improvements within AIT processes. - Support the successful delivery of advanced Solar Array programs.
