As our Management Intern, you will be assisting in the day-to-day operations at the Front Office and will have the opportunity to take on the role of Guest Service Manager during your internship. Read on because… The hotel that is looking for a trainee from September 2026: • Sir Albert : design, art & luxury This is what you're going to do • Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service; • You will welcome our guests and be the first point of contact in the guest journey; • Process and handling all guest check-ins, checkouts, calls, requests and questions; • Providing guests with directions and information about the secrets of the city; • You will have the chance to work on a specific project in collaboration with the Hotel Manager. This is why you are the best candidate To succeed in this role, you are currently a student enrolled in a relevant Bachelor Hotel management/Hospitality/Tourism related study. You have good communication skills in English. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are an ambitious and creative student with good communication skills, and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious, and dynamic team. You are available for a minimum period of five months. This role is only available for candidates who are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of his/her curriculum. Please note that our company is unable to provide accommodation. Succesful applicants will be responsible for securing their own housing arrangements independently.
