What You Will Do - Design and implement target operating models (governance, processes, data, technology) as a result of strategic ambitions and/or a changing risk & regulatory landscape. - Lead transformation programs in areas such as Financial Economic Crime, Risk & Regulations, ESG and Digital Innovation. - Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and maturity scans. Build and implement strategic roadmaps for change. - Align innovation with AI, Data, RegTech to client needs. - Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships. - Mentor and grow junior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.
