Over de functie In this new role, you will manage 5 independent team leads (working in shifts) and share your knowledge with both the team leads and the mechanics. You create, monitor, and adjust the maintenance schedule. Additionally, you brief the team leads daily on priorities and make adjustments where necessary. You maintain an overview, ensure coordination between the teams, and monitor that work is actually carried out. In addition, together with the team, you continuously look for improvements in the execution of preventive maintenance, both technically and organizationally. Naturally, you always prioritize safety in everything you do.
