Let's create transformation for a sustainable future together. We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Maintenance Department in Rotterdam. You will focus on coordinating the weekly maintenance schedule. Coordinating planning, scheduling, resource planning for maintenance work and projects or unit shutdowns. In this job you will work closely with Discipline work planners, Projects, Operations and you will report to the Planning & Scheduling Supervisor. As the Maintenance Scheduler in our team, you feel like a spider in the web, interacting with multiple stakeholders on different levels. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow. - Scheduling preventive maintenance plans - Scheduling corrective maintenance break downs - Stakeholder Alignment: Ensuring all relevant parties (Work Requestors, Planners, Execution Team, and Operations) are aligned and informed of the finalized schedule. - Prioritizing urgent task - Monitoring KPI's and managing results - Resource Optimization: Guaranteeing resources are properly allocated and optimized to effectively eliminate idle manpower.
