The Role: The Driving Force Behind Effective Maintenance As a Maintenance Planner at Bakkerij Braas, you are responsible for preparing, planning and coordinating maintenance activities across our production lines, equipment and technical infrastructure. You ensure that technicians have the right information, spare parts, documentation and resources available to perform their work safely, efficiently and according to schedule. In addition, you play a central role in managing and further developing Ultimo as our Asset Management System. Your focus is on maintenance planning, work preparation, asset management, spare parts management and the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. In doing so, you contribute directly to the reliability, availability and lifespan of our production assets. What Will You Do? - Prepare, plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. - Create, manage and monitor work orders within Ultimo. - Maintain and optimise maintenance schedules, inspections and recurring maintenance activities. - Build, manage and improve asset information within Ultimo. - Ensure the efficient deployment of personnel, materials and resources. - Order, reserve and manage spare parts, materials and external services. - Maintain and update technical documentation, m...
