Do you know how to translate complex technical issues into practical maintenance strategies that ensure installations continue to function safely and optimally? And do you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from Technical Services, Production, Safety, and Planning to carry out maintenance activities efficiently and with a future-oriented approach? Then we are looking for you! What will you be doing? Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans for optimal plant availability (preventive and predictive maintenance). Analyze failures and outages to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvement measures. Advise and support the technical department and work preparation on complex maintenance projects. Monitor and update technical documentation, drawings, and specifications. Apply and comply with relevant laws and regulations (such as BRZO/Seveso, ATEX, and LoToTo) to ensure a safe working environment. Initiate and guide technical improvement projects aimed at maintenance optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency. Analyze and report maintenance data and KPIs to monitor performance and identify trends. Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to effectively coordinate maintenance activities. Assist with audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Actively contribute to a safe, reliable, and sustainable maintenance culture within the organization.
