What You Will Do style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"- -Drive the "planning, preparation, and execution" of maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and process safety, in close collaboration with our Maintenance Planner and our Maintenance Supervisors. -Optimize and manage the preventive maintenance program within our CMMS (Ultimo), ensuring all tasks add tangible value to operations. -Lead the integration of new equipment into the CMMS, overseeing strict documentation, registration, and validation protocols. -Proactively identify and implement technical improvements for machinery and tools, collaborating closely with external suppliers to request quotes and oversee execution. -Analyze maintenance data to generate factual reports that drive continuous improvement and process optimization. -Standardize work methods by documenting solutions and providing direct technical instructions to your colleagues in the Maintenance team. -Collaborate cross-functionally with the Production and Engineering teams to facilitate best practices in frameworks like VDM, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma.
