As a vital link between the production and maintenance organizations, our team thrives in a high-tech, automated environment where collaboration and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. What You Will Do - Drive the "planning, preparation, and execution" of maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and process safety, in close collaboration with our Maintenance Planner and our Maintenance Supervisors. - Optimize and manage the preventive maintenance program within our CMMS (Ultimo), ensuring all tasks add tangible value to operations. - Lead the integration of new equipment into the CMMS, overseeing strict documentation, registration, and validation protocols. - Proactively identify and implement technical improvements for machinery and tools, collaborating closely with external suppliers to request quotes and oversee execution. - Analyze maintenance data to generate factual reports that drive continuous improvement and process optimization. - Standardize work methods by documenting solutions and providing direct technical instructions to your colleagues in the Maintenance team. - Collaborate cross-functionally with the Production and Engineering teams to facilitate best practices in frameworks like VDM, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma.
