Do you like monitoring processes, solving issues, and working together with colleagues to deliver a high-quality end product? Then we are looking for you! We are Thermaflex, based in Waalwijk, the Netherlands an international company with a down-to-earth Brabant culture. From our factory, we produce innovative insulation solutions that are used worldwide in homes, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities. We operate in more than 45 countries, but you still grab your own coffee from the machine. Our employees consciously choose to work here and you can feel it in the atmosphere on the shop floor. How will you make an impact? As a Machine Operator, you support the production process and ensure that machines, materials, and production lines are ready for smooth operations. You work closely with Process Operators and help keep production safe, organized, and efficient. What will you do? - Assist with starting up, changing over, and preparing machines and production lines. - Ensure raw materials, supplies, and tools are available on time. - Support the Process Operator during production activities. - Perform checks on quality, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace. - Identify simple malfunctions or deviations and report them promptly. - Keep your work environment clean, safe, and organized. - Contribute ideas for improvements on the production floor.
