You will work in a 5-shift schedule as part of a dedicated production team that prioritizes quality, productivity, and workplace safety. Your key responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment in a safe and efficient way, carrying out quality inspections during the manufacturing process, and identifying and resolving minor technical issues. You will also help maintain continuous production flow and reduce downtime, keep your workspace clean and compliant with safety standards, and collaborate closely with colleagues and team leaders to meet daily production goals. - Technical background or relevant experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment; - Experience operating industrial production machines or automated equipment; - Ability to perform basic machine inspections and resolve minor operational issues; - Good command of the English language, both spoken and written - Reliable, safety-conscious team player with a proactive mindset - Motivated to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
