At this production company, you'll start as an operator, where you will operate various machines and have the opportunity to grow into an all-round operator or team leader. In your role, you will begin with the following challenges: - Adding raw materials - Operating machines - Attempting to resolve minor malfunctions or reporting them to the service technician - Ensuring a clean work environment with your team - Some experience as an operator. - Forklift certification is a plus. - A driver’s license is a plus. - Good command of the Dutch/English/Polish language.
