In the paper department, paper rolls are cut and processed. In this role, you work with modern machines and receive a salary between € 2,893.55 and € 4,173.91 per month, excluding shift allowance. You develop yourself into an all-round operator and work in a close-knit team with lots of variety and growth opportunities. You ensure the cutting process runs smoothly and contribute to the high-quality packaging cardboard. About the function As a machine operator paper logistics, you are indispensable in the cutting process of large rolls of packaging cardboard into sheets of paper. You adjust the machines with millimeter precision, closely monitor the output and quality, and promptly intervene in case of malfunctions. If necessary, you quickly call in the technical service. You work together with two colleagues per shift, and together you make sure everything keeps running. You are broadly trained so you can operate multiple machines and replace colleagues when absent. Working in a 3-shift rotation is part of the job: it can sometimes be demanding, but you gain a lot of responsibility and variety in return.
