Apply directly What are your duties? - Preparing, setting up and operating mixing plants and packaging lines - Monitoring of the production process and performing quality control - Topping up of soil and auxiliary materials - Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions - Performing first-line maintenance on machinery and equipment - Registering production data - Thinking along about improvements in the production process - Working according to the applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations What are we looking for? - Experience in a production environment, preferably as an operator - Technical insight and affinity with machines and installations - Willing to work shifts when production requires it - Accurate in your work and administrative record-keeping - Independent and responsible - A focus on quality, safety, and process improvement What do we have to offer? - A full-time position within an innovative and growing manufacturing company - Salary of €2,802 to €3,351 gross per month excluding shift allowances - 12% shift allowance for working a two-shift rota - 19% shift allowance for working a three-shift rota - Working day shifts, 2-shift system or 3-shift system depending on demand and production planning - A pleasant working atmosphere with involved colleagues and short communication lines. ...
