You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. - Responsible for safety, quality, and performance on the line; - Identifying and escalating deviations or malfunctions; - Managing and supervising employees on the line; - Training and coaching new colleagues; - Setting up and converting machines; - Performing first-line maintenance; - Preparing and printing labels; - Ensuring a clean and organized workplace.
