In this position, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining various machines used in the pallet production process. You will also perform quality checks and keep production data and reports. You will work together with a team of motivated colleagues and contribute to the optimal functioning of the factory. It is important that you are willing to work both day shifts and 2-shift schedules, and that you can rotate to other departments as needed. You will be joining a company that produces high-quality pallets, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and an informal, friendly work atmosphere. What are you going to do? As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of machines in the factory. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and meets the specified quality requirements.
