Sportolifantjes is growing, and therefore we are looking for enthusiastic TSO supervisors to guide children during lunchtime supervision. Who are we? Sportolifantjes supports children in the fields of sports, education, and care. Every day, we dedicate ourselves to helping children grow in self-confidence, social skills, and fun. We believe that every child should be seen, heard, and understood. What will you be doing? Supervising children during the lunch break Supervising the schoolyard and the classroom Ensuring structure, safety, and fun Encouraging children to participate and play together Being a trusted point of contact for children Collaborating with colleagues, teachers, and parents Thanks to your efforts, children can enjoy a pleasant break, and teachers can return to the classroom with renewed energy. Who are we looking for? You: ✅ have a passion for children ✅ are positive, energetic, and committed ✅ are confident and self-assured ✅ can provide structure and set boundaries ✅ are social and have strong communication skills ✅ are a true team player ✅ have a sporty and active attitude Experience in education, childcare, sports, or healthcare is a plus, but we consider motivation and enthusiasm just as important.
