This international company has been developing and producing high-quality products for years for the automotive, industrial, transport, and motorsport sectors, among others. From the modern production facility in Nijverdal, quality, innovation, and sustainability are worked on daily. Apply directly What are your duties? - Supplying packaging materials, raw materials and auxiliary materials to the production lines - Supporting the operators during the production process - Performing simple quality checks - Packing, stacking and preparing products for dispatch - Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised workplace - Reporting deviations to the operator or supervisor What are we looking for? - Experience in a production environment is a plus - You are physically fit and enjoy getting stuck in. - You work precisely and have an eye for quality - You can work well with others and take responsibility - You are flexible and willing to work shifts if necessary What do we have to offer? - Salary between €2,607 and €2,972 gross per month, excluding shift allowances - 12% shift allowance for working a two-shift rota - 19% shift allowance for working a three-shift rota - Working day shifts, 2-shift system or 3-shift system depending on demand and production planning - A pleasant working atmosphere with nice colleagues Interested or want to know more?
