At Fruitsolute, we are looking for an Expedition / Logistics Operations Employee to join our logistics team. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our fresh fruit shipments move efficiently—always fresh, always on time. Key Responsibilities - Directing and assisting truck drivers at the loading docks - Processing shipping and freight documentation - Booking goods in and out of the warehouse management system - Transporting pallets using a forklift - Performing fruit quality inspections - Scanning and registering products in the cold storage facilities - Coordinating inspections and quality checks - Handling general administrative tasks within the logistics department - Keeping the work area clean and securing the premises at the end of the day Working Days & Hours You are available to work Monday through Friday. In addition, you will work one Saturday every 2–3 weeks. Available shifts include: - 07:00 – 16:00 - 10:00 – 19:00 - 13:00 – 21:00 Your shift schedule is open for discussion, and we aim to provide fixed working hours whenever possible. - MBO Level 3 (vocational) working and thinking level, or equivalent - Valid forklift certificate (required) - BHV (Emergency Response Officer) certificate and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), or willingness to obtain them - Experience operating a pallet truck is an advantage - Good command of the English language - Able to work independently while also being a strong team player - Flexible and willing to work a Saturday shift once every 2–3 weeks - Positive attitude and strong communication skills - Accurate, stress-resistant, and able to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
