How will you make an impact? As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing our daily logistics operations. You ensure that processes run efficiently, teams work effectively together, and operations remain under control during peak periods. You will lead a team of approximately 10 employees during the low season and around 20 employees during the high season. You will be highly visible on the shop floor, promote collaboration, and successfully guide employees through change and continuous improvement initiatives.
