As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that parcels are processed quickly and carefully so they arrive at customers on time. Functie-eisen What We're Looking For • You are available to work morning shifts starting between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, finishing around 12:00 PM. Exact start times may vary depending on the shift. • You are at least 18 years old. • You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. • You are accurate, proactive, and take responsibility for your work. • You live in Waddinxveen or the surrounding area, such as Gouda, Zoetermeer, The Hague, or Bleiswijk. • You have your own transportation, as our location is not accessible by public transport. Arbeidsvoorwaarden What We Offer • An attractive gross hourly wage of €14.99, regardless of your age. • A Saturday shift allowance, increasing your hourly wage to up to €22.48 gross per hour. • Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre for journeys of 5 km or more. • Pension accrual from your first working day. • Flexible payment options: choose to be paid weekly or every four weeks. • Free on-site parking. • The opportunity to receive a direct contract with Dragonfly based on good performance. • The chance to work in an international, fast-growing organization with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development.
