Logistics Employee Food Industry

You will work at a supplier of meat and meat substitutes in the heart of the Dutch Food Valley. Products are delivered daily from a modern and clean warehouse to company cafeterias of organizations like ASR and Rijkswaterstaat. You’ll work alongside about 30 colleagues in an involved team. During the break, you can use a modern cafeteria or prepare something in the kitchen yourself. Additionally, there’s a discount on meat products, and there's regularly a Friday afternoon drink. There are plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself, for example towards a team leader role or as a forklift or reach truck operator. As a logistics employee, you work in a modern warehouse within the meat industry. You earn a salary between €2,500 and €3,000 per month and become part of a close-knit logistics team. You work in a clean and professional environment with a modern cafeteria, your own gym, and plenty of development opportunities. About the function As a logistics employee, you work daily with meat products and meat substitutes prepared for shipping. You process orders, get them ready for shipment, and check packaging, labels, and expiration dates. Before the products are stored or shipped, they are marinated or injected by machines. The job can be physically demanding at times, but together with your colleagues, you ensure everything is ready for transport on time. You work in a 2-shift schedule: an early shift between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, or an afternoon shift starting from 3:00 PM. Additionally, you work one Saturday every four weeks, for which you receive a 150% bonus.
