Are you organised, accurate and interested in working in an international logistics environment? Join us as a full-time Logistics Administrator in Kampen and earn between €3,000 and €3,700 gross per month. You will support international shipments, keep logistics administration up to date and work with colleagues and logistics partners around the world. What are you going to do? As a Logistics Administrator, you help ensure that shipments are processed correctly and on time. You take care of the administrative side of the logistics process, check documents and keep transport information up to date. You will start with a six-week internal training programme, giving you plenty of time to learn the systems, procedures and way of working. Your main responsibilities include: - Processing and updating transport and shipment information; - Preparing and checking shipping and export documents; - Processing transport bookings in the system; - Communicating with internal departments and logistics partners; - Identifying missing information or discrepancies and making sure they are followed up. You will work in an international team where accuracy, teamwork and good communication are important.
